It applies to information collected through the Inforceshift Web Application, Mobile Application and offline support services of its services. Hereinafter referred to as Inforceshift Web Application and Mobile Application in this agreement.
Your Personal Information We Collect
We ask you to provide us with personal information such as your name, surname, e-mail address, ID number, identity information, home or work address, telephone number. We may also collect demographic information such as zip code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites in order to conduct studies on user trends and segment the target audience. If you make a purchase or subscribe, we may record additional information with your consent, such as your credit card number and billing address, which will be used to set up a payment account.
We may send e-mails, sms to verify your credentials. We may ask you to provide questions or secret answers to help us verify your identity and update your password. Some of our functions may require an additional security key and in such cases we may ask you to create an additional security information. We will ensure that we create your unique identification number that covers all your information for use in all your transactions.
Without knowing who you are, we may collect additional information about your interaction with Inforceshift and its services. We use this information for the analysis of our applications, including information such as the type, operating system, version, plug-ins, width, height of your browser and smartphones. We use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about the pages, screens you view, links you click on. In addition, we receive some standard information that your browser sends to all Web sites you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and linking Web site addresses.
We may send e-mail, SMS, Google or Apple notifications for innovations, updates, special messages, campaigns, newsletters or commercial information from Inforceshift. We may use web beacons, customized links or technologies to determine whether or not this information has been received and which links you have clicked on.
Use of Your Personal Information We Collect
We collect and use your personal information to provide and improve Inforceshift and its services. The main purpose here is to provide you with more effective customer service, to facilitate the use of applications and services by eliminating the need to enter the same information repeatedly, to conduct research and analysis for the purpose of improving our application and services, and to customize applications in accordance with your interests and preferences.
We also use your Private Information to communicate with you. For example, we send you e-mail, Google and Apple notifications when you make dues payments, delay reminders, announcements and surveys of your site, malfunction records, etc.
Inforceshift requires access to your SIM card in order to send sms and notifications from your smartphone to your GSM line to other members or members to other members. Our aim here is to ensure that the SMS you receive from the GSM company are used in your own member group. In this way, it is to enable you to use your existing SMS without paying extra SMS fees.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties and organizations except as specified in this notice. On behalf of Inforceshift's external business partners, you decide whether you want to receive messages from Inforceshift (without transferring your personal information to third parties) regarding the offers of that business partner on matters of particular interest to you. In some cases, we may receive services related to the issues we have mentioned from other companies. These service providers are only allowed to receive personal information that is necessary to provide the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information and are prohibited from using such information for any purpose other than providing services to Inforceshift. Only legal requirements are fulfilled in the pursuit of credit card fraud. This helps Inforceshift to more accurately detect fraudulent credit card uses.
We may access and disclose information about you, including the content of your communications, for the following reasons: (a) to comply with the law or respond to legal requests or legal process; (b) to protect the rights and property of Inforceshift or its customers, including to enforce our agreements and policies governing your use of the Services; or (c) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of Inforceshift employees, customers or the public. We may disclose personal information as part of joint transactions, such as mergers with other companies or the sale of assets.

Depending on Inforceshift, you have the opportunity to view and change your personal information. You can update this information by logging in with your credentials (e-mail address and password), accessing the profile page with Inforceshift and updating your profile.

Security of Your Personal Information
Protecting your personal information is our top priority. We use a wide range of security technologies to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with secure access located in security-controlled facilities. When transferring highly confidential information such as credit card numbers or passwords over the Internet, we protect this data with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol encryption methods.
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password given to you by Inforceshift confidential. Never share this information with anyone else. If you share your computer with other people, you should always log out before leaving the service to prevent subsequent users from accessing your information.
Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information
Inforceshift and its services are intended for adult users. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. When the Inforceshift site collects age information and the user is under the age of 13, Inforceshift is organized to prevent such users from providing personal information or to require parental consent to collect, use and share their children's personal information.
Use of Cookies
Inforceshift uses "cookies" to help you personalize your online environment and make it easier for you to log in. Cookies are small text files placed on your hard disk by the Web page server to read this information later. Cookies cannot be used for malicious purposes, such as running programs, sending viruses to your computer, etc.

If you choose to accept cookies, you have the possibility to later delete the cookies you have accepted. In Internet Explorer, you can delete cookies by selecting "Tools", "Delete browsing history". Then select the "Cookies" check box and click the "Delete" button. If you choose to delete cookies, all settings and preferences controlled by those cookies (including advertising preferences) will be deleted and may need to be recreated.
Use of Web Beacons
Inforceshift may include Web beacons in our promotional e-mail messages or newsletters for similar statistics, such as counting users who visit our pages related to Web beacons, to determine that the messages have been opened and the required action has been taken.
Inforceshift may also receive Web beacons from third parties that may help it compile aggregate statistics about the effectiveness of its promotional campaigns and other actions related to its sites. We prohibit the use of Web beacons on our Sites by third parties to access your personal information.
Blocking Unsolicited Emails
Prohibits using the Inforceshift infrastructure to send spam. Inforceshift does not sell or rent email subscriber lists to third parties. Using junk email tools and being careful when disclosing your email address to others will help reduce the amount of spam you receive.
